Mooreco’s Compass Cabinet provides an adaptable storage option that works with add-ons to encourage an active learning environment. All three panels—the top, back, and bottom—are made of 18-gauge steel with platinum powder coating. Two lengthwise welded 20-gauge hat sections are present on the top panel. One 20-gauge hat section is centered front to back and runs lengthwise across the bottom panel. A porcelain steel markerboard adhesive skin applied to the exterior of the rear panel is also an option. Compass uses the stop-safe runner system and Gratnell’s trays to enable cabinet customization. The configurations for runners to clip into the side panels and upright assemblies are practically infinite. Four 100mm casters with non-marking gray polyurethane wheels are made of a reinforced plastic body. Two casters are locking. Casters and optional nylon glides have a 0.5″ x 1″ stem.
