This 36″ wide lateral file provides heavy-duty, reinforced storage with clean lines and superior security. Finished in a durable Charcoal baked enamel over rust-inhibiting steel, it is built for long life and features full-width, designer-style handles.
The unit contains two file drawers that operate on three-part, telescoping, ball-bearing suspensions for smooth function. They are highly versatile, accommodating both letter-size and legal-size folders side-to-side using included adjustable hangrails.
Safety and security are key: a mechanical interlock prevents more than one drawer from opening at a time, and a core-removable lock secures both sides of the drawers. The file is stabilized by four adjustable leveling guides and has a shipping weight of approximately 129 lbs.
